Store Policy & Guidelines

To serve you better and ensure your orders are prepared and shipped accurately, please be informed of the following guidelines:

  • Orders will be fulfilled according to the order it has been received by our store.
  • We begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted. This includes adding to the order, changing any item(s) in the order, changing the shipping method of the order, adding a discount code, and/or combining shipments for multiple orders.
  • If you would like to add to an existing order, kindly submit a separate order. Applicable shipping fees will apply.

If your mailing address is an apartment/condo building, townhouse or commercial complex, please ensure to include your unit/apt/suite number in your address. Incomplete address will result in the package to be returned to the sender.

Any costs incurred as a result of incomplete address will be the responsibility of the buyer. This includes return to sender fee and re-ship to complete address fee.

Canada Post will only ship to a PO Box address or a street address. Please do not include both PO Box and street address as this will result in your package to be returned to sender.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on all products.

Curbside pick up will be available for customers located in the Metro Vancouver region.

There will be one pick-up location in Richmond, B.C.:

  • No.5 Road & Cambie

Please ensure you select pick-up as your fulfillment method and schedule your pick up date and time upon check out.

If you are unable to pick-up as scheduled, please email us at within one week to reschedule. Failure to reschedule within a week will result in your order being shipped. You will be contacted to arrange for e-transfer for applicable shipping fees.
